HydraFacial FAQ’s;

What is the HydraFacial? The multi-award winning facial combines 6 treatments in 1. The skin is deeply exfoliated & hydrated, with a. Reduction in blackheads & instant glow visible from the first treatment. HydraFacial is classed as a medical grade facial as it penetrates 20 times deeper than regular facials, but involves no pain or downtime and is suitable for all skin types.

How long will the effects of HydraFacial last? Your glowing skin results & hydration may last 5-7 days or even longer when continued monthly. There is no quick fix when it comes to skin, so regular treatments are recommended for improving the appearance of fine line & wrinkles, brown spots, oily & congested skin.

What are the 6 steps if the HydraFacial?

  • Lymphatic drainage - drains away toxins & speeds up lymphatic flow reducing puffiness around the face & eyes

  • Deep cleanse & exfoliation - removes dead skin cells to enable optimum penetration of key ingredients

  • Light glycol peel - brightens skin & softens pores

  • Extraction - purges the pores of blackheads & congestion

  • Infusion - antioxiodants for skin health, peptides for anti-ageing & hyaluronic acid for hydration are all infused into the skin & pushed 20 times deeper due to the vortex fusion technology

  • LED lights - the red light is used to calm the skin & stimulate collagen, the blue light is used to kill acne producing bacteria

What should I do after my HydraFacial? We recommend leaving your face makeup free for the rest of the day and try to avoid sweating & touching the skin. A sunscreen will be applied at the end of the treatment, it is recommended you you continue the use of at least an SPF30 everyday to protect the skin from sun damage and maintain your results as long as possible.

What is the HydraFacial good for? The HydraFacial is an effective treatment for all skin type, everyone will benefit from having healthier & more hydrated skin. Variations can be made to the treatment to treat; acne, pigmentation, dehydrated skin, ageing skin, fine lines & wrinkles, rosacea, blackheads, uneven skin tone & texture.

How often should I have a HydraFacial? For optimum skin health a monthly treatment is recommended.
